Az-Azeytun Oliana  Isn't a particularly spicy or bitter oil, and instead could be considered to be more fruity than savory - imagine golden and green apples. A lovely soft quality, but with surprising depth. The texture is the key here, leaving the mouth feeling pleasant rather than greasy.
