Suggested Uses: 

Drizzle this oil on scallop carpaccio, and shaved vegetables like radish or kohlrabi. It’s amazing how far just a few drips will go. This oil will add a lightlty bitter element to whatever you’re serving, a nice foil when you think your dish is maybe a bit too sweet.
